These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully herein, represent the complete agreement between you and Sourcereed for the use of and access to the Services and/or other contents of this website.

Definitions

• "Content" includes all Text, Graphics, Design and Programming used on the Web-site.

User Agreement

By visiting or interacting with the Service, Users agree to these Terms, Rules and Regulations, User Agreement, as well as Sourcereed Disclaimer (the "Disclaimer"), available at www.sourcereed.com/disclamer, which are incorporated herein by reference. Users that refuse to comply with any of these Terms, Rules and Regulations, Disclaimer or User Agreement are not eligible to use the Service and must log off the Website immediately. Notwithstanding the User's registration with National Do Not Call Registry, the User hereby expresses his interest and accord, his willful consent to receive communication (including commercial communication) in relation to Sourcereed Services.

Modification

Sourcereed reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms, the Disclaimer, Rules and Regulations, User Agreement or Privacy Policy at any time, and User agrees to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Notifications

Third-Party Website

The Service may contain links to third-party mobile applications, software or web-sites that are not owned or controlled by Sourcereed. Sourcereed has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party mobile application, software or website. Further, Sourcereed cannot and will not censor or edit the content of any third-party mobile application, software or website. User should be aware and should read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each mobile application, software or website that User uses or visits. By using the Service, User expressly relieves Sourcereed from any and all liability arising from User's use of any third-party mobile application, software or website.

Sourcereed Accounts, Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds

Sourcereed Accounts

To access certain features of and publish Content on the Service, Users must create a Sourcereed account by entering login information manually or by importing third-party login information from an external provider. When creating an account, Users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their accounts, and Users must keep account password secure. Users must notify Sourcereed immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their respective accounts.

Payments

The user agrees that Sourcereed reserves the right and flexibility to collect payments for the various services provided by the website from the users, either directly or indirectly through intermediaries, business partners and associates on such terms as it may deem fit and proper.

The user out of his/her own will and volition and without any outside force, coercion or influence of any kind whatsoever, has chosen to make payment to Sourcereed, for the purposes of subscribing and using their various services.

Subscriptions

Users that create a Sourcereed account and subscribe to use the Service shall pay the relevant applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee"). Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, Users that cancel their subscriptions are eligible to receive a refund on the basis of the Sourcereed Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of the order.
2. No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express and Express Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the User has purchased on special occasions and Public Holidays, etc. These are limited occasion offers and special discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. In case User feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per Users expectations, User must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the User’s complaint will take an appropriate decision.
5. Refund will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.

Permissions and Restrictions on Use of the Service

Any user using any digital resource of the website/Sourcereed shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that —
1. belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
3. harm minors in any way;
4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

Sourcereed and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service and Content.

Commercial Use

Users agree not to use the Service for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to use on behalf of or for third parties, or to give access to their account to third parties.

Modifying the Service

Users agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service, except that each User may modify or remove Content it has contributed.

Accessing Content

Users agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the Service itself or other explicitly authorized means Sourcereed may designate.

Updates

Users permit Sourcereed to deliver to Users, and Users agree to receive updates designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Service which, by way of example, may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions.

Harvesting and Solicitation

Users agree not to collect or harvest any personal information, including account names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. Users agree not to solicit any User for commercial purposes with respect to their Content.

Discontinuation of Service

Sourcereed reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service in its sole discretion at any time.

Legal Entity Disclaimer

1. Sourcereed has limited function in their capacities as intermediaries which is limited to providing access to a communication system over which information is made available by third party customers is transmitted or temporarily stored or hosted.
2. The user hereby specifically undertakes and agrees that Sourcereed does not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of transmission and select or modify the information contained in the transmission.
3. The user further agrees that Sourcereed has done their documented due diligence as envisaged under the relevant law prevailing for the time being in force. The present services are being offered by the aforesaid legal entities in their capacities as intermediaries on as is where is basis.
4. Further, the user acknowledges the fact that Sourcereed has done their documented due diligence in the manner as stipulated under the concerned Act(s).

Compliance with Law

1. At the time of registration the User must be at least eighteen years old. Sourcereed reserves the right to refuse service/registration to any person at any point of time without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
2. User agrees that the services once subscribed to by the User are not refundable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated.
3. In case of refund to the customer, Sourcereed shall deduct payment gateway charges and other relevant charges, if any applicable, from the refund amount.

User Content and Licenses

User Content

Users that have created Sourcereed accounts may submit Content on the Service. Users understand that Sourcereed does not guarantee their intellectual property rights or any confidentiality with respect to any Content that Users submit.

License to Content

Sourcereed hereby grants users a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Web-site only for user’s personal use seeking resume writing, improvement and connected services for users. This authorizes users to view and download a single copy of the material on the Web-site solely for Users personal and/or noncommercial use. Users shall not sell, transfer or assign any of the Services or the users’ rights to any of the Services provided by Sourcereed to any third party without the express written authorization of Sourcereed. The users herby agree that the users are solely responsible for the content of any Document that the user post to a Site and any consequences arising from such posting. The users’ use of the Web-site is a privilege. Sourcereed reserves the right to suspend or terminate Users access and use at any time if Sourcereed determines that the users are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination of Licenses

Infringement of Copyright

Sourcereed does not permit copyright infringing activities or infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and sourcereed will remove any Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.

Removal of Content

Sourcereed has no obligation to accept, display, review, monitor or maintain any Content submitted by Users. Sourcereed reserves the right to remove any Content from the Service in its sole discretion at any time without prior notice, whether or not such Content violates these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitations on Sourcereed’s Liability

The contents, views and ideas expressed/posted are of the respective Users and sourcereed does not support/endorse any such views, ideas and expressions.

Sourcereed does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any such postings/blogs posted by the Users, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings or any User Content and makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on the web-site and the Users are cautioned to use common sense and proper judgment in this regard. Sourcereed is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. Any reliance on the content posted by other Users using the web-site shall be entirely at the risk of the User. User assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false identities.

Sourcereed reserves the right without prior notice to access, read preserve and/or disclose the personal information of the User including the content of the postings/blogs if the same is required: In order to comply with any court judgment/decree/order/directive, by any legal/government authority; by applicable law; by professional/legal advisers, directors, employees/agents/representatives of Sourcereed in connection with this Agreement or otherwise; for investigating potential violations of the terms herein or applicable national and international laws; for investigating deliberate damage to the Services or its legitimate operation; for responding to service support requests, or for protecting the rights, property or safety of Sourcereed and/or its Directors, employees and the general public at large.
2. Sourcereed reserves the right to store and process the personal information provided by the User in Australia or any other country where Sourcereed or its agents/representatives/group companies maintain storage and processing facilities and the User by using the services herein consents to any such transfer of information outside Australia without prior notice.
3. Sourcereed shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for deletion and/or failure to transmit or store any postings/blogs posted by the User by using the Services herein or personal information provided by the User or any other communication maintained by the Service. Further, Sourcereed reserves the right to create limits on use of the said Service and storage at its sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever and without giving any prior notice.
